One of my coworkers and a brother from Fort Kent Lodge brought his boys for a ride up in Allagash last Saturday. On there ride they saw a total of 18 deer. Here are a few that they saw.

Hitler on Freemasons - 1941
This Youtube video came to my attention, and I thought it interesting that Hitler directly mentions "the conspriacy of Democrats, Jews and Freemasons."

This got me thinking if Hitler truly did hate Masons so I started looking and came across this news article titled "Nazis and Fascists are engaged in a ruthless campaign aiming at The Annihilation of Freemasonry"
that ran in:
The American Mercury,
Volume LII, No. 206,
published in February 1941.
"There is only one group of men whom the Nazis and the Fascists hate more than the Jews. They are the Freemasons."

Maine Masonic Day in Florida 2011
Each year in February their is a gathering of Maine Masons in Florida. This year was no exception and several people you may know were in attendance. Worshipful Wendell Spooner provided the following account of the event:
"Just to let you know that Paul and Betty Harris (Fort Kent Lodge) Bill and Louann Shaw (Caribou Lodge) and Trena and I attended the Maine Masons in Florida meeting which was also attended by the MWGM Greenier and RW Irovando Grand Marshall. There were 264 Maine Masons and their wives or friends. Three widows pins were presented at the meeting. A good meal and fellowship was had by all. There were Masons from Fort Kent to Elliott, Maine in attendance."
I am please to be able to share this will all of you and thank Wor. Spooner for taking the time to let us know. If you attend a Masonic event that Brethren of Caribou lodge would be interested in please drop me an email and I will surely share it.
