I want to take a moment to thank all of the brothers that volunteered their time yesterday to help at the Blood Drive. Each year, for the last several years, Caribou lodge has staffed a blood drive for the American Red Cross at the Caribou Inn and Convention Center.
Brothers working yesterday were: Peter Finkel, Jerry Drake, Lou Leavitt, Mack Haines, Peter Doebner, Joe Cheney, and Ivan Shaw.
I particularly want to thank Ivan Shaw who from the start took this project and did almost all of the heavy lifting. I also want to thank Mack Haines who helped line up the brethren who worked.
In all the Red Cross was able to process 58 donors and were very pleased with the assistance that Caribou Lodge provided.
Great job guys!!!
